Gradi Fine Foods is looking for experienced Food Production Workers to join our growing production team in Coburg North.

We are looking for reliable, hands-on team members with previous experience in food production, food manufacturing, commercial kitchens, bakery, prepared foods, pizza production or similar fast-paced food environments.

Immediate starts are available.

Employment Type: Part-time and casual positions available
8–35+ hours per week depending on experience, availability and operational needs

Location: Gradi Fine Foods Production Facility - Coburg North VIC 3058

Availability: We’re looking for team members who are available for 8-hour shifts across our production roster.

Current shifts are generally scheduled between 6:00am and 5:00pm, with potential afternoon/evening shifts from 2:00pm to 10:00pm as the team grows.

Availability on Thursday and Friday is highly preferred.

Gradi Fine Foods is part of the Gradi Group, the team behind 400 Gradi, Zero Gradi, Mercato and Gradi Pronto.

Our Coburg North production facility supports our venues, wholesale partners and retail operations by producing and distributing quality food products across Melbourne.

About the Role

This is a hands-on food production role suited to someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production kitchen or manufacturing environment.

You will be involved in preparing, handling and producing food products to a high standard while following established processes, quality expectations and food safety requirements.

This role would suit someone who is reliable, physically capable, process-driven and comfortable with repetitive hands-on production work.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily food production and preparation tasks
• Prepare ingredients and food products to required standards
• Follow recipes, processes and portion control guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet daily production requirements
• Operate basic kitchen or production equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organised work areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Assist with packing, labelling and general production tasks when required
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in food production, food manufacturing, commercial kitchens, bakery, prepared foods or similar hands-on food work
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual and consistent approach to work
• Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to complete repetitive hands-on production work
• Full working rights in Australia

Required

• DoFoodSafely certificate, or willingness to complete it
• Availability for part-time or casual shifts
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts as required
