About the role
Join CBRE's leading Queensland Industrial & Logistics team. This entry-level Analyst role is the cornerstone of the team's market intelligence capability. You will support brokerage professionals through accurate data management, market research and analysis that helps clients make informed real estate decisions.
Working alongside experienced brokers and analysts, you will help maintain the quality and accuracy of the market information that supports client decisions, business development activity and transaction outcomes. Whether your future interests lie in brokerage, analytics or another area of commercial real estate, this role provides a strong platform to develop your career.

Key responsibilities will include:
Researching, preparing and maintaining property and market databases
Supporting the preparation of client presentations, pitches, market reviews and internal analysis
Maintaining and updating property information within MIQ and Salesforce
Recording lease enquiries, client requirements and market opportunities with a high level of accuracy
Conducting title searches, company research and market intelligence gathering
Assisting with analysis including vacancy tracking, deal evidence and market reporting
Collaborating with brokerage teams and internal stakeholders to deliver timely market insights
Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, processes and reporting outcomes
About you

You will be proactive, detail-oriented and eager to build your career in commercial property. You will enjoy working with data, collaborating with others and contributing to a high-performing team.

You will ideally bring:
A strong interest in commercial real estate and property markets
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Sound Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Initiative, curiosity and a willingness to learn
