You’re agile, keen and open to meaningful work and opportunities that come your way.

You're all about the detail and this role will allow you to drive evidence-based decision making to optimise systems and efficiency, not just for the business but for our customers too. It's data and research with impact you can see.

In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering strategic and accurate land information, investigation, analysis, due diligence and advice to statewide infrastructure projects.

This role will see you provide timely and accurate land tenure and corridor advice, conducting property-related due diligence, maintaining property databases, integrating textual and spatial information, and supporting statutory reporting and audit requirements for infrastructure projects.

You will improve knowledge, capability, consistency and service quality across land information management in a matrix based, deadline driven environment supporting the delivery of large-scale NSW infrastructure projects.

Work location and in person days are subject to agreement with Director/hybrid working arrangement. This is a temporary opportunity up to 28 April 2028.

About you

Your understanding of database management, spatial systems (particularly ArcGIS/ArcPro), statutory land and property requirements, survey drafting practices, and ability to read, interpret and edit property plans and land title information will see you deliver accurate property investigations and plans, support land acquisition processes, and maintain high quality land data to meet strict time, budget and scope requirements.

You’re recognized as a collaborative, analytical property information specialist, skilled at conducting land information searches, validating legal property descriptions and managing textual and spatial property data.
