What this job involves
An opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join JLL in our Perth office at Central Park. You will play a key role in providing bespoke Property Management services to an important Government client, utilising your attention to detail and administrative capabilities to support the Account Director and Facilities Management team.
Responsibilities will include:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is looking for a challenging role to grow their capabilities. You should have exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills, as well as the drive to succeed. This opportunity will allow you to advance your career with a world-class, global organization. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with introductory experience in accounts payable, would be ideal.
The key to this role is efficiently and effectively managing all aspects of our clients' properties. You will be the key support person for this team, involved in Financials, Reporting, Strategy, Operations, and asset management for our clients. The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is essential.
This role would be suitable for someone who is recently returning to the workforce, a university graduate, or someone looking for a new career within a leading real estate company.

What this job involves
An opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join JLL in our Perth office at Central Park. You will play a key role in providing bespoke Property Management services to an important Government client, utilising your attention to detail and administrative capabilities to support the Account Director and Facilities Management team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing accounts payable and administrative support to a Account Director and Facilities Management team, ensuring compliance with JLL Corporate requirements for audits and risk management.
- Liaising with Contractors, Tenants, and Government stakeholders to address building maintenance requirements.
- Assisting with portfolio and building reporting commitments.
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and graphs.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports.
- Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts in our Property Management System.
- Monitoring and actively pursuing rental arrears.
- Assisting in the Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI).
- Sorting and processing of supplier invoices.
- Assisting with the production of Tenant Tax Invoices and Account Reconciliations across the portfolio.
