Location: Leederville WA

We are located centrally and pride ourselves on offering top-notch property management services to our clients. Our mission is to maintain and enhance the value of our clients' properties while ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for tenants. We are currently seeking an experienced Fulltime Property Manager who enjoys working with a like-minded dynamic team and help them continue to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal for a motivated team player who values collaboration, communicates confidently, and is committed to maintaining high standards across every aspect of property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of a residential property portfolio
  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with your property owners
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality work
  • Handle tenant inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage tenant leases, renewals, and terminations
  • Collect and manage rental accounts
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants and contractors

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a residential property manager
  • Strong knowledge of property management best practices and relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Property Tree property management software an advantage
  • Valid and current property management registration
  • Current WA drivers license and reliable vehicle
