The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join our Sydney Property team.

Responsibilities will include the following:
Billing;

Opening and closing files;

File management;

Coordinating team meetings/events;

Mail merging documents and formatting;

Diary management; and

Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant. Experience in property will be highly regarded, though not essential. Excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus are essential, as well as the ability to work in a team and follow directions. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have good attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines. The role will require the candidate to proactively manage workflow, with an emphasis on organisational skills to manage incoming work, delegate tasks, and process work effectively.
