Are you a passionate and dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychologist looking to join a supportive team in Geelong or Werribee?
Hopscotch & Harmony is a well-established and respected multi-award winning private practice that has a strong focus on child and adolescent mental health and neurodiversity-affirming assessments.
We are looking for motivated and passionate psychologists who would like to further their career in our collaborative, client-centred child and adolescent private practice at our Werribee practice in Melbourne's west and Belmont in Geelong.
We pride ourselves in being a warm, friendly practice, and we welcome driven, passionate psychologists who enjoy a supportive team environment.
We offer full-time or part-time employment if your priority is stability and leave entitlements, and we offer contracting agreements for psychologists if you prefer autonomy and independence.

The Hopscotch & Harmony Psychologist Graduate Program is a 24-month immersion program for early career psychologists (<3 years post-general registration). It gives you the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of working as a paediatric psychologist in private practice.
These are full-time salaried positions
This opportunity is for psychologists with general registration who have excelled in their post-graduate program and are now ready to dive deep in to private practice. This role is for psychologists who wish to gain deeper knowledge and experience working with young people from 4 to 18 years and their families.
This exciting program presents a range of learning opportunities to maximise professional and personal development, including:
Our Psychologist Graduate Program provides the ideal foundation to build an exceptional career as a child and adolescent psychologist in private practice and beyond.
You'll emerge from the program with strong clinical skills and confidence to either step up in to a new role at Hopscotch & Harmony or meet a new challenge that comes your way.This position is perfect for you if you:

Receive mentoring and training to develop a strong foundation in four key areas:
- Child anxiety
- Trauma
- Relationship-based Parenting
- Autism and ADHD assessment
After your three month orientation and training period, you will see an average of 20 clients a week and be involved in some of the following (depending on your personal and professional interests):
- Assessment opportunities (Psycho-ed, Autism, ADHD)
- Facilitation of small group programs
- Facilitation of parent workshops/seminars
- Online program development
- Professional development activities
- Relationship building activities
