Occupational Therapist | Community-Based Role | Sydney
Flexibility, support, growth – delivered daily. New grads welcome.
Type: Full-time or part-time
About the Role
As an OT at Connect2Care, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre-based care. This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.
Key responsibilities:

Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults) -
Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes -
Provide AT assessments and recommendations -
Write clear, timely reports -
Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets -
Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders -
Engage in regular supervision and professional development
New Graduate Program
We make your transition to clinical practice seamless and supportive, with a 12-month program that includes:

Requirements
What You’ll Need

Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy -
AHPRA registration -
WWCC + NDIS Worker Screening + Police Check -
Driver’s license + reliable vehicle -
Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
