About Us
Spearhead Supports is a growing NDIS provider delivering person-centred supports across Perth. We support participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL), community access, mental health, and complex behavioural support settings.
We have a very simple mantra, “Your Story, Your Way”, which captures, in part, our desire to support every unique individual living with disability to lead happy, confident, and quality lives on their terms in our modern society.
We are seeking a confident, engaging, and emotionally intelligent Support Worker to work with participants who require strong rapport, meaningful community engagement, and calm support during challenging moments.

- Building healthy routines and independence skills
- Remaining calm during escalations or challenging behaviours
- Using positive behaviour support strategies
- Transporting participants safely in the community
- Writing clear progress notes and incident reports

You are:
- Naturally confident and calm
- Friendly, social, and easy to talk to

- Motivated to help people improve their lives
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working independently

- Mental health support work
- Psychosocial disability
- Complex behaviours
- Youth work
- Community services
- Disability / SIL environments
- De-escalation experience
What We Offer
- Supportive management team
- Opportunity to make a real difference
- Varied and active community-based work
- Ongoing shifts for the right candidate
- Opportunity to grow with a developing organisation
- Work where personality and initiative are valued

· Flexible availability to work morning, evening and night shifts.
· Working closely with the participants and their support network
· Actively checking in and engaging with your team
