Full job description

We're excited to welcome an Allied Health Practitioner to our Child and Youth Mental Health Service.

The Child and Youth Mental Health Service provides a free service to children and young people aged 0-18 who have severe and complex mental health difficulties and who live in the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service District.

Key responbilities:
Demonstrate competent knowledge, expertise and skill in the provision of psychological services commensurate with level of experience in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, existing evidence-based practice and established clinical protocols.
Maintain appropriate documentation and patient records in line with Departmental, Unit and Health Service procedures, and contribute to the maintenance of accurate and timely information systems (statistics collection, quality data).
Participate in quality and service improvement activities to continually improve patient/client care, including the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols within the work environment.

Remuneration value up to $132 567 p.a., comprising salary between $80 015 - $116 189 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 12 months). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
