Weekend Junior Floor Staff (Casual)
The Naked Baker | Mortdale

Love making people smile? We'd love to meet you.

We're looking for Junior Floor Staff to join our team on weekends only. No hospitality experience? That's okay. We're happy to teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is a positive attitude.

What we're looking for:

  • A bubbly, friendly personality
  • A genuine smile and great attitude
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to learn and take direction
  • A team player who enjoys helping others
  • Someone who takes pride in providing great customer service

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting and serving customers
  • Running food and drinks
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Keeping the café clean and organised
  • Supporting the team during busy service
  • Creating a welcoming experience for every customer
