- Ensure adherence to legislative requirements, regulatory reforms, accreditation standards, and internal governance.
- Oversee privacy governance, including information handling and disclosure obligations.
- Support the CCSO to present high-quality, actionable reports to the Executive and Risk Committee of the Board.
- Monitor the internal and external environment for emerging risks and legislative changes, providing timely recommendations to strengthen organizational resilience.
- Leads the Risk & Assurance Team to support best practice governance frameworks, enterprise risk management, compliance and quality frameworks and practices.
- Adopt a business-partnering approach that supports HOPE’s effectiveness, ensuring risk, compliance, and quality initiatives are seamlessly integrated into daily operations.

- Minimum five years' experience leading risk, compliance, governance, assurance and quality functions

- Experience developing and testing business continuity and crisis management plans
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop teams
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- The ability to translate complex risk information into meaningful insights and reporting for Executive and Board audiences
Highly Regarded
