Your life, your way – and the people behind it

About Us

At Community Vision, we believe care is personal. We’re here to support people to live their life, their way—and we don’t see them as part of a business, but as part of our family.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we’re proud to deliver aged care, disability, and family day care services that are flexible, inclusive, and centred around each individual. We’re a little different—and we like it that way.

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Quality & Training Manager/Officer to help us continue delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred services.

Working closely with our senior leaders in a flat and collaborative structure, you’ll play a key role in strengthening how we support our customers and our team. This is a role where influence, relationships, and purpose matter more than hierarchy.

You’ll ensure we meet the standards that matter—but more importantly, you’ll help us go beyond them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting quality and compliance across aged care, disability, and Family Day Care services
  • Ensuring we meet (and exceed) Aged Care, NDIS, and Child Care standards
  • Leading audits, managing incidents and complaints, and driving continuous improvement
  • Designing and delivering meaningful training that builds confident, capable teams
  • Monitoring trends and preparing clear reports that help leaders make better decisions
  • Partnering with managers and frontline teams to embed best-practice, person-centred care
  • Helping create a culture where learning, safety, and inclusion are part of everyday work

About You

You’ll be someone who:

  • Believes in putting people first—always
  • Is confident working across a mid size organisation without relying on hierarchy
  • Builds strong relationships and brings others on the journey
  • Has experience in quality, compliance, or training within aged care, disability, or early childhood
  • Understands relevant standards and knows how to apply them in real-world settings
  • Can turn data and insights into practical improvements
  • Communicates clearly and influences positively

Why Join Community Vision?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation
  • Work in a flexible part-time role with autonomy and trust
  • Partner closely with leadership and influence real outcomes
  • Help shape services that genuinely improve people’s lives
  • Join a team where you’re part of the family—not just the business
