Synergie Australia is seeking Quality Assurance Associate for a trusted client located in Tullamarine.


The important parts:

  • Pay: $45-50 per hour + Super
  • Duration: 3-month contract (potential for extension)
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm | Fully onsite
  • Location: Tullamarine

What you will be required to do:

You will be supporting a busy, highly regulated manufacturing environment, working closely with operations and quality teams to ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day execution.

  • Supporting on-the-floor manufacturing operations and problem solving
  • Reviewing and managing documentation, change controls, and validation activities
  • Reviewing protocols, deviations, and quality reports
  • Supporting meetings and cross-functional collaboration
  • Working closely with operations, QA, and validation teams
  • Using systems such as MES, VEEVA, SAP, Word, and Excel

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Experience in quality assurance, validation, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Strong technical writing and document review skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or related field
