☕ Barista Wanted – Restaurant Bay Bellerive
Full Time | 5 Shifts Per Week | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Join the team at Restaurant Bay located in the stunning Bellerive Quay located on the eastern shore! We’re looking for an energetic and skilled Barista to help us serve high-quality coffee in a fast-paced, environment.

About the Role:

  • 5 shifts per week
  • Hours: 7:0 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Weekend availability essential
  • RSA required

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Barista experience, with a strong understanding of coffee-making techniques
✔ Ability to work efficiently and stay focused during busy periods
✔ Bubbly and outgoing personality with a willingness to go the extra mile
✔ Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work independently as well as within a small, fast-moving team

Your Responsibilities:

  • Crafting high-quality espresso-based drinks and other hot beverages
  • Serving customers with speed and excellent service
  • Handling payments and keeping the ordering process smooth
  • Assisting with set up and pack down before and after service
  • Staying organised and ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced environment
