What can you expect as a Capital Markets Academy participant?
The Capital Markets Academy is a 24-month rotational program across different capital markets sectors, to develop future capital markets professionals. Designed to invest in employees’ growth from day one, the program consists of three, eight-month rotations across various sectors including Office Investments, Retail, Industrial & Logistics and Debt Advisory. Participants will receive development opportunities through structured, hands-on exposure to live transactions and client relationships.

Who are we looking for?

Eligibility
Undergraduate degree (completed/final year) - property, finance, or related field preferred.
Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for professional analysis and presentation.
Outstanding written/verbal communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
You need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
