About Get Staged

Get Staged Newcastle & Hunter specialises in premium property styling. We transform vacant and lived-in homes into beautifully presented spaces that help properties sell faster and for more.

About the Role

This is primarily a hands-on Styling Assistant role, working alongside our install team to bring staging concepts to life across a variety of properties.

As part of this role, you’ll also assist in capturing and creating content during installs to support our social media presence.

No two days are the same - you’ll be physically active, creatively involved and part of a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Styling & Install Support

  • Assisting with furniture placement and décor styling
  • Making beds, hanging artwork, styling shelves and surfaces
  • Supporting install and pack-down days
  • Preparing and maintaining styling inventory
  • Handling furniture and décor with care
  • Ensuring presentation standards are upheld

Content Capture & Support

  • Capturing behind-the-scenes footage during installs
  • Assisting with short-form video content
  • Contributing ideas for content opportunities during installs

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a natural eye for interiors and presentation
  • Are comfortable filming content on a phone
  • Enjoy being hands-on and physically active
  • Are reliable, punctual and consistent
  • Take direction well but also show initiative
  • Work efficiently in a team environment
