We manage a boutique, small holiday apartment block and pride ourselves on delivering a pristine environment and friendly experience for our holidaying guests. We are looking for a reliable, energetic and highly organized Live-Out All-Rounder to step in and manage the property on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The Role
This is a dynamic, permanent part-time dual role where no two days are the same. Working Tuesday & Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, you will split your time between front desk operations and hands-on property caretaking. You will be the sole point of contact on these days, making this role perfect for someone who loves autonomy and variety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk & Bookings: Managing reservations, guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs using the Resly management system.
• Property Upkeep: Conducting daily care, cleaning, and safety checks of the pool, spa, and communal BBQ facilities.
• Grounds Maintenance: Managing common area garbage/recycling systems (including bin rotation) and performing light garden and lawn care.
• Housekeeping Oversight: Inspecting apartments post-clean to ensure high presentation standards prior to guest check-in.
• General Caretaking: Maintaining all common areas (lobby, stairs, paths) and handling basic, minor repairs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior experience in holiday building operations, hospitality reception, or practical caretaking.
• Practical proficiency with Resly or similar modern, cloud-based property management software.
• A friendly, professional attitude with great verbal and written communication skills.
• The physical capability to handle outdoor tasks (gardening, pool testing, bin rotation) confidently.
• An autonomous worker who takes absolute pride in property presentation.
• A valid Australian Driver’s License and a current National Police Clearance.

Salary & Permanent Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $27.00 – $28.50 per hour (negotiable based on your Resly experience).
• Superannuation: 11.5% statutory superannuation paid into your nominated fund.
• Paid Leave (Pro-Rata): 4 weeks of paid annual leave and 10 days of paid sick/carer's leave accumulated annually on a pro-rata basis.
• Public Holiday Perks: Paid standard base rates if off, or 2.25x penalty rates if requested to work a gazetted public holiday falling on your rostered days.
