The-day-to-day:

As the first point of contact at One55, our customer service team provide members with a warm and friendly welcome ensuring a positive and memorable experience. This role is responsible for general reception duties, managing the membership database, assisting with membership sales, preparing Cafe' food and beverage items and ensuring the gym floor is well-presented at all times.

Our perfect fit:

Someone who is positive, outgoing and can establish and maintain strong relationships with our team and members. Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management are essential!. This role suits someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office and has experience providing exception customer service (over the phone and face to face).
