Sydney CBD | Full-time

At Law Partners, we’re not your typical law firm. We’re Australia’s largest specialist personal injury firm, known for our people-first culture, award-winning results, and genuine care for our clients.

We’re now seeking a professional and compassionate Receptionist to work alongside another receptionist as part of our busy front-of-house team in our Sydney CBD office.

The role

As the first point of contact for the firm, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office.

You will:

  • Meet and greet a wide range of visitors including clients, barristers and solicitors
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Direct enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area
  • Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and care, particularly when dealing with clients during difficult times

About you

You’ll be well presented, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You will also bring:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle large call volumes
  • Strong customer service experience
  • A compassionate, empathetic and professional approach
  • The ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment

Why join Law Partners?

  • Work in a supportive, collaborative team alongside an experienced receptionist
  • Modern Sydney CBD office
  • Award-winning firm with a strong, positive culture
  • Regular social events and a people-first environment
  • Be part of a firm that helps everyday Australians in their time of need
  • Long term career opportunities in a growing firm

If you take pride in being the welcoming face and voice of an organisation and want to work in a firm that truly values its people and clients, we’d love to hear from you.
