About the Role

Be the welcoming face of the home and the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. You’ll provide friendly, professional customer service and manage calls and enquiries. You will support day‑to‑day administration and rostering exceptions to help keep the home running smoothly. You’ll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who visits
