Casual Medical Receptionist – Emu Plains

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team in Emu Plains.

This is a casual role offering approximately 1–2 shifts per week, with additional shifts available to cover staff leave, holidays, and sick leave.

Flexibility is essential, including the ability to assist with short-notice shift cover when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
  • Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
  • Processing billings and payments
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality

About You:

  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
  • Flexible and available for short-notice shifts when needed
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Previous medical reception experience preferred
  • Experience with Best Practice software an advantage (training provided)
