Medical Receptionist – Priority Health Group

About the Roles:

We are looking for a casual Medical Receptionist to join our practice to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high-quality service to all patients.

The role is so much more than regular reception work. You will assist in supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties.

About the business:

We are a high-end General Practice based in Emerald, QLD with a strong focus on quality patient centered care.

We are busy rural General Practice committed to the wellbeing of our people, patients, and communities which we serve.

We are seeking a candidate with:

· Greeting and welcoming patients

· Good level of computer experience

· Ability to learn new tasks

· Administrative support and other ad hoc duties

· Excellent communication skills, telephone & interpersonal

· Answering phones in a timely and courteous professional manner

· A professional approach to work, honest, reliable and punctual.

· The ability to work as a team and independently.

· Strong organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail with the ability to cope well under pressure and ability to adapt to change.

· Dependable and punctual with mature attitude and strong work ethic.

Experience:

· Medical admin (preferred but not required).

Start Date and Pay:

· Immediate start for the right candidate

· Casual position paid in accordance with the award rate

Job Type

· Casual

Pay Rate:

· $30 - $38 per hour

Schedule

· Monday – Friday

· No Weekend work

· Flexible hours

Work Authorisation:

· Australia (Preferred)
