Full job description

We are seeking a friendly and capable Front Desk Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Aqualine Apartment. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for guests, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during their stay

- Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly

- Respond to guest inquiries via email and in person

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front reception area

- Check rooms for cleanliness to ensure a high standard of guest experience

- Collaborate with cleaning staff to coordinate room readiness

- Work independently while also being a friendly face for guests

Requirements:

- Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail

- Comfortable using computer systems and handling emails

- Ability to work autonomously and interact confidently with guests and staff

- Availability to work weekends and on a rotating 14-day monthly roster

- Willingness to take on after-hours phone duties for extra pay
