The purpose of this job is

To provide a high-quality experience within the Dental Practice, whether you’re supporting our clinicians chair-side or creating a welcoming front-office experience for our patients. You’ll contribute to the smooth and professional operation of the practice while helping us deliver exceptional patient care.

What you’ll need to make it possible

For our Dental Assistant opportunities:

• Strong chair-side assistance skills, including instrument handling, suction, mixing materials, assisting with X-rays, and knowledge of dental instrumentation.
• Ability to clean, prepare, and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment in line with infection control standards, BDC procedures, and WHS requirements.
• Organisational and administrative skills to support appointment scheduling, with a reliable, accountable approach to work and service quality standards.

For our Receptionist opportunity:

• Manage front desk operations, including patient enquiries, appointment scheduling, recalls, and reminder calls.
• Process patient billing, payments, invoicing, and coordinate laboratory bookings as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and correspondence in line with practice and regulatory requirements.
• Provide a professional, welcoming environment while adhering to health, safety, information security standards, and Bupa’s values.
