Suitable for junior applicants, students, or someone looking to grow in the beauty industry

Charming Beauty Centre is a professional skin and beauty clinic specialising in skin transformation, acne-prone skin, sensitive skin, pigmentation, laser treatments, facial treatments and advanced skin therapies.

We are currently looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Junior Receptionist / Admin & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, skincare, social media and customer service, and wants to grow within a beauty clinic environment.

About the role

You will be supporting our front desk, daily clinic operations, client communication and light marketing tasks.

Your duties may include:

  • Greeting clients and providing a warm, professional first impression
  • Answering phone calls, messages and client enquiries
  • Managing bookings and appointment changes
  • Supporting reception and daily admin tasks
  • Helping maintain a clean, organised and beautiful clinic environment
  • Assisting with social media content, photos, videos and simple marketing tasks
  • Helping with client follow-up messages and basic customer care
  • Supporting the team with general clinic operations

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, polite and confident speaking with clients
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Interested in skincare, beauty, wellness or marketing
  • Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok or other social media platforms
  • Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus but not essential

No previous clinic reception experience is required, but customer service, retail, beauty, admin or social media experience will be highly regarded.

Availability

We are looking for someone with flexible availability, including some weekdays and weekends.
