Phoenix Education is a growing tutoring organisation based in Sydney, currently seeking a reliable and well-presented Receptionist to support our Burwood centre.

This position suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is confident dealing with parents, students, and staff on a daily basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the front desk and acting as the first point of contact for the centre
• Assisting parents and students with enquiries, both in person and via phone
• Supporting bookings, scheduling, and general office administration
• Working closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

• Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised
• Professional attitude with a customer-first approach
• Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently
• Understanding of the NSW school system is helpful, but not essential
• Chinese language skills are required for this role
