National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised Dental Receptionist & Dental Assistant/Receptionist to assist the team in our NDC Tweed Heads practice.

Multiple opportunities available:

About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist & Dental Assistant/ Receptionist in our thriving NDC Tweed Heads practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist preferable - (1 year minimum)
  • Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - (desirable)

You are:

  • Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
  • An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
  • Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible with days and hours of work

Please note: Our practice will be closed for renovations throughout August, therefore the successful applicant will commence employment in the second week of September but can start training earlier.
