Medical Receptionist, Dental Receptionist, Admin, Administration, Medical Secretary

Are you an enthusiastic, organised, and people-focused professional who enjoys helping others and creating exceptional patient experiences?

Whitehouse Dental Services is seeking an outstanding Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to become an important part of our growing practice.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys communicating with people, and understands that every patient interaction matters.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
  • Answer incoming calls and convert enquiries into booked appointments.
  • Manage the appointment book to maximise efficiency.
  • Confirm appointments and minimise cancellations.
  • Explain treatment appointments and payment options professionally.
  • Follow up outstanding treatment and recall patients.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the clinical team to ensure every patient has an outstanding experience.

Experience

  • Previous dental reception experience is highly desirable.
