We provide multiple services which include Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy.

The overall purpose of the role will be to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the patients & practitioners across our multiple locations. This role will offer you plenty of variety and the opportunity to work with a great team and workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients with a warm and professional demeanour
  • Managing patient bookings and schedules
  • Handling queries and requests in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Processing billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks
  • Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area
  • Supporting allied health practitioners and assisting the Practice Manager as needed
  • Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the clinic using strong time management and multitasking skills

Cantonese or Manderin Speakers prefered
