Full job description

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and organised medical receptionist to join our team on a casual basis, with flexibility to cover staff leave and additional shifts as needed.

Your role will include:

  • Welcoming patients and assisting with enquiries
  • Managing appointments and answering phone calls
  • Processing payments and Medicare billings
  • Maintaining patient records and supporting our clinical team

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A professional approach to patient confidentiality
  • Previous medical reception experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Best Practice and HotDoc desirable

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
