Smiline Dental is looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We are passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a modern, welcoming environment and are seeking someone who shares our commitment to outstanding customer service.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Managing appointments using dental practice software.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Processing payments and health fund claims.
  • Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Coordinating the daily appointment schedule.
  • Assisting clinicians and the administration team when required.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area.

About You

  • Previous dental reception experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience with dental software (Praktika) is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care.
