Join Our Team – Reception & Member Experience

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable team member to join our Muay Thai gym!

If you love meeting new people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a positive fitness community, we’d love to hear from you.

Hours:

  • Monday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Thursday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

About the Role:You’ll be the friendly face of our gym, helping create an amazing experience for both new and existing members.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting members and visitors with a warm, friendly attitude
  • Checking members in and assisting with enquiries
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and social media messages
  • Assisting with memberships and bookings
  • Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Supporting the coaches with general administrative tasks when needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Outgoing, bubbly, and confident
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Well presented and professional
  • Great at communicating with people of all ages
  • Comfortable using a computer and social media
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Passionate about fitness or martial arts (preferred but not essential)
