Join Our Team at Dr Lee Periocare– Receptionist, Penrith, NSW

Permanent Part-Time Periodontal Dental Receptionist (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) with the opportunity to transition to Permanent Full-Time

PENRITH | Part-Time – 3 days per week

Our surgery prides itself on its professional image and high standards of patient care. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Periodontal Dental receptionist to join our growing team.

Are you a people-person with a warm smile and a can-do attitude? Do you take pride in making others feel welcome the moment they walk through the door? If so, we'd love to meet you.

Dr Lee Periocare is a specialist periodontal clinic in Penrith and we're looking for a Receptionist to be the heart of our front desk. No dental or periodontal experience? No problem — we'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is the right attitude, and that's what matters most to us.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Being the warm, welcoming face our patients see first — setting the tone for a great experience
  • Managing appointments and keeping the day running smoothly and on time
  • Answering patient enquiries with confidence, care, and clarity
  • Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with billing, payments, and general administration
  • Supporting the clinical team so they can focus on delivering excellent care

What We're Looking For

  • A genuinely warm and professional manner — you make people feel at ease
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Well-presented, organised, and able to juggle priorities in a busy environment
  • A growth mindset — eager to learn, improve, and grow with the practice
  • Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new systems
  • Prior dental or medical reception experience is a bonus, but absolutely not required
