The purpose of this job is…
To provide professional and friendly reception services at the front office of the Dental Practice, while efficiently managing patient appointments, billing and payment processing, as well as maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
  • Manage front desk operations, including patient enquiries, appointment scheduling, recalls, and reminder calls.
  • Process patient billing, payments, invoicing, and coordinate laboratory bookings as required.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and correspondence in line with practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide a professional, welcoming environment while adhering to health, safety, information security standards, and Bupa’s values.
