About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics Glenelg. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and client communications (using Zenoti)
  • Support clinic operations including payments, stock, and reporting
  • Collaborate with therapists and clinic managers to ensure smooth daily flow
