Full job description

Guest Experience Officer

Sunshine Coast Holiday Parks

Be the face and voice of our parks.

We're looking for someone who loves creating memorable experiences for people. This isn't just a reception role—it's a host role. From the first enquiry to check-out, you'll help create effortless holidays while keeping our front office running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you're calm under pressure, enjoy solving problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

As a Guest Experience Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and the person who helps set the tone for their stay. You'll warmly welcome guests, manage bookings and enquiries through Newbook, phone, email and in person, process payments accurately, and apply our policies with confidence and consistency.

Working closely with our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams through Monday.com, you'll help ensure cabins and sites are guest-ready while maintaining accurate booking records and following front office procedures. With AVAR handling many routine enquiries, you'll have more time to focus on delivering genuine, personal service where it matters most.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Stays organised and calm in a busy environment.
  • Is confident using computer systems and learning new technology.
  • Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport.
  • Can work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
  • Is looking for a minimum 12-month commitment.

Why join us?

At Sunshine Coast Holiday Parks, you'll work across some of the Sunshine Coast's most iconic beachfront locations as part of a supportive team that values initiative, professionalism and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Apply now by sending us your resume and telling us why you'd be a great fit for Sunshine Coast Holiday Parks.
