About the opportunity
This is a rewarding opportunity to support participants engaged in the service and build professional, trusting relationships and empower them along their journey towards recovery.

PARCs operate 24/7 and availability to work according to a rotating fortnightly roster, including shifts on weekends, is essential for this role. Sleepover shifts are active from Sun to Thurs 5:30pm/ Fri & Sat 6:30pm to 12am, then sleepover (with the ability to wake up and convert to active if required) and active again from 8am - Mon to Fri 9am / Sat & Sun 10am to support early morning routines and provide a handover.
Penalty rates apply for afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
