Job Description:
We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do (heartprint model).
As a Registered Nurse in our Bardon Age Care, you will work closely with Clinical team comprising of Clinical Manager, Clinical Nurse and other Quality team. You will ensure the provision of quality patient/resident/client care through clinical nursing practice, promoting collaborative relationships amongst the health care team and maintaining a customer-focused approach to nursing across the continuum of care.
All positions contribute to the provision of quality and sustainable health services within the ethos of the philosophy, mission, values and ethics of the St Vincent’s Health Australia.
