About Our Business MLB Concrete & Construction is a family-owned and operated concreting and construction business based in Warren, Central West New South Wales. We specialise in concrete and construction projects of all sizes — from small residential slabs, driveways and footings right through to large-scale commercial and civil builds. Our Location — Warren, NSW Warren is a welcoming rural town situated in the Macquarie Valley, approximately 470km north-west of Sydney and 100km west of Dubbo. It sits in the heart of Central West NSW — a region known for its strong agricultural industry, friendly communities and wide open spaces. Warren offers affordable living, a tight-knit community, access to local schools, sporting clubs, shops and services, and all the benefits of regional life. The Role We are seeking a reliable, energetic Camp Cook and Housekeeper to support our residential workforce. This is a live-in position based on site, where you'll be responsible for feeding and supporting our crew, keeping the camp clean and running smoothly so our team can focus on the job.

Responsibilities Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch (packed or on-site) and dinner for the crew Menu planning, grocery ordering and stock management Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, dining and common areas General housekeeping of the camp/accommodation facility Laundry and linen management Assisting with camp logistics and supporting crew welfare

Requirements

Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated

Comfortable living and working in a remote/regional setting

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Valid driver's licence
