Remote Human Resources jobs

We are seeking a versatile HR administrator/Advisor to drive our recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Supporting a diverse team of staff and tradespeople, you will be responsible for contract management, visa compliance, and providing expert advice to management.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in a dedicated HR Advisor role.
• Strong background in blue-collar recruitment and EBA interpretation.
• Advanced MS Office skills and high attention to detail.
• A helpful, initiative-driven approach to HR service delivery.
• Working from Home/remotely option/independent consultant

• Qualifications and Skills:

• • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in Employment Hero and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Sound working knowledge of applicable Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act 2009, including award interpretation and compliance obligations.
