Barista / Café Team Member — Yachties, Wollongong

At Yachties, attitude is everything.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and brings good energy to the team.

Coffee-making and café experience are desirable, but your attitude matters most. If you’re keen to learn, happy to help and make customers feel welcome, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

You’ll be part of our café team, helping with:

  • Making and serving coffee and other drinks.
  • Welcoming customers, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Serving food and helping with day-to-day café duties.
  • Keeping the café clean, tidy and ready for service.
  • Supporting your teammates during busy periods.

What we’re looking for

  • Reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic.
