Alana Maria Jewellery is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service & Dispatch Assistants to join our Head Office team. This role is all about delivering an exceptional customer experience through prompt, professional communication and ensuring every order is packed and dispatched to the highest standard.

We’re looking for individuals who are proactive, organised, and passionate about creating a seamless experience for our customers from the moment they place their order until it arrives at their door.

Requirements & Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, order fulfilment, or dispatch (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and initiative
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines
• Team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Understanding and alignment with Alana Maria Jewellery’s brand values

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media promptly and professionally
• Process and pack online orders with precision, care, and efficiency
• Coordinate dispatch and shipping to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of orders, stock levels, and returns
• Liaise with couriers and manage tracking updates for customers
• Uphold a high standard of presentation in the dispatch area
• Support the customer experience by providing exceptional product knowledge and service

Work Eligibility & Availability:

• Must be able to work permanently in Australia
• Full availability required from November – January, including weekends, extended trade, and public holidays
