About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry - CX Administrator to join our professional and supportive morning/evening team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and thrives in a
fast-paced medical environment. You will be responsible for the accurate entry of pathology request forms, monitoring shared inboxes and supporting key administrative functions that directly impact patient care and clinical outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely data entry of pathology request forms
  • Monitoring and actioning the Data Entry team email inbox
  • Resolving discrepancies and following up incomplete or unclear request information
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure correct and complete data capture
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support as required


About You

  • Strong typing skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and managing competing priorities
  • Confident using computer systems and learning new applications
  • Clear communicator with a professional approach
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Previous experience in data entry, pathology, or healthcare administration is advantageous but not essential - comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
