Be part of something special from the very beginning! We’re seeking qualified and enthusiastic Resident Care Wellbeing Assistants (Lifestyle Assistants) to join our brandnew, vibrant wellbeing team at our stateoftheart 89bed boutiquestyle aged care residence in Wallan. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in shaping the culture, programs, and experience of our new community as we open our doors for the first time.

About the Role

As a Resident Care Wellbeing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, purposeful, and meaningful person-centred lifestyle programs that recognise each residents individuality, promote independence, and nurture strong community connections.


You’ll work as part of a supportive, creative, and fun wellbeing team dedicated to creating joy, connection, and meaningful moments every day.


You will also have the exciting opportunity to be part of the commissioning phase, contributing to planning, setup, and early program development to help establish a welcoming and vibrant environment for our very first residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and delivering highquality lifestyle, wellbeing, and engagement programs

What We’re Looking ForEssential:
  • Certificate III or IV in Ageing
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Current DoFoodSafely Certificate
  • Valid driver’s licence
Highly Desirable / Additional Attributes:
  • Experience delivering lifestyle or wellbeing programs in aged care (experience as a Lifestyle/Resident Care Wellbeing Assistant is highly regarded)
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and techsavvy
  • Passionate about enhancing the lives of older people and supporting holistic wellbeing
