Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience to support participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Shift Requirements:

  • Monday - Sunday | 8:00am – 4:00pm (set shifts)
  • Monday - Sunday 4:00pm -8am ( Inactive Sleep Shifts)
  • Set Shifts
  • Plenty of SIL Shifts across several SIL sites
  • About You:
  • Proven experience supporting clients with Autism, limited verbal communication, and challenging behaviours
  • Experienced in working within a Shared Living (SIL) environment
  • Skilled in redirection strategies and confident in following Behaviour Support Plans
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive client engagement and trust
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to work collaboratively within a set roster
  • Patient, compassionate, and genuinely driven to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support — someone who has a heart for change and believes in improving outcomes for every client
