This supportive program helps women re enter the workforce with confidence, offering paid work in aged care while you completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Aged Care.

About the role:
As a Community Support Worker at RSL LifeCare, every day you’re empowered to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. Within our supportive work environment your skills and compassion are valued. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work collaboratively with residents and their families to provide personal care

  • Provide quality, timely and effective care that reflects the unique needs of each resident and in accordance with resident care plans

  • Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual’s unique goals and preferences

  • Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
