Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen Orion is a modern Japanese restaurant, serving primarily ramen, curry, donburi and Japanese comfort food in a relaxed, quick-service setting. We're looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our store in Springfield Central.

As a Team Member / All-Rounder, you will work across both front of house and back of house to help deliver comfort food to your Customers and create a smooth guest experience.

What you’ll do

• Greet guests and take orders with a warm, positive attitude
• Serve food and drinks and assist guests during their visit
• Help with food preparation and plating to Motto Motto standards
• Keep the dining, service and kitchen areas clean and organised
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Work as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work weekdays, nights and weekends as required
• Hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required – training provided
