About the role

Banksia Seafood ang Grill are seeking passionate team member to join our vibrant team in Hervey Bay, QLD. This is a casual or part-time position, where you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Warmly welcoming and seating guests upon arrival
  • Providing attentive and friendly table service
  • Ensuring the dining area is well-presented and maintained
  • Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to deliver orders efficiently
  • Handling cash and card payments in a professional manner
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required
  • Contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
