Katzu Katzu is a cozy and authentic Japanese eatery, specializing in the art of Katsudon. Nestled in the heart of East Victoria Park, we are dedicated to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience, showcasing the rich flavors and culinary traditions of Japan.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waitpersons. Your responsibility are:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen
• Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalismYou will need to obtain a food safe certificate for this position. We value good learning attitude than years of experiences. Training will be provided with assistance of checklists and handbook.

Successful candidate will be pay hourly with weekend rate plus superannuation. You can enjoy company benefits of staff discount, free on site parking and career progression with bonus on the run.
