We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team!

We’re seeking someone who is confident leading a team, passionate about hospitality and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for both customers and staff.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including:

  • Leading, training and supporting the front-of-house team
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Managing staff rosters, shifts and daily operations
  • Maintaining high standards of food, beverage and service
  • Managing opening and closing procedures
  • Monitoring stock, ordering and wastage
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Ensuring workplace health, safety and food safety standards are maintained
  • Working closely with the owners and kitchen team to keep the restaurant running smoothly

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Is confident leading and motivating a team
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Is reliable, professional and well-presented
  • Can remain calm and positive in a busy environment
  • Has a strong understanding of customer service
  • Is comfortable with staff rostering and day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Has a genuine passion for hospitality
  • RSA and food safety knowledge are highly regarded
