Key Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, high-standard customer service and resolve minor feedback promptly
• Operate registers and ticketing systems, and manage your own till with accurate cash handling
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard of quality and presentation
• Manage queues, crowd control and allocated seating, and check auditoriums and public areas
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and stock levels, and report issues with cinema assets
• Follow health and safety procedures and complete opening, closing and shift change-over tasks

What You’ll Bring

• Competence in basic maths and English
• Competence in cash handling
• A customer-focused approach, with clear communication with team members and guests
• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help others
• A commitment to safety, policies and procedures, and to completing tasks to a high standard
• RSA qualifications, as required for the role
