About the Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Waiters to deliver attentive, high quality service on the floor, joining the team behind a landmark new restaurant within the Powerhouse Parramatta, delivering a dining experience that is contemporary and quintessentially Western Sydney.

About the Role

You will work as part of our restaurant floor team, maintaining a consistently high standard of guest service during every shift.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing attentive table service across the restaurant
  • Guiding guests through the menu and making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
  • Assisting with restaurant setup, service and pack-down
  • Building rapport with guests and delivering a warm, memorable and professional experience
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the restaurant floor
  • Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar and management teams

About You

You are a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering great guest experiences on the restaurant floor.

You bring:

  • 3+ years experience in elevated modern Australian dining restaurant.
  • RSA Certificate
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest experience
  • The ability to stay organised and composed during busy periods
  • Availability across a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends
  • Enthusiasm for being part of a high profile new opening
