Full job description

The Brio Coffee and Kitchen is hiring a Casual Allrounder Barista role in Myaree, WA. Apply now to be part of our team.

Requirements for this role:

  • Can work 4-5 hours, one day a week. Can discuss increase hour in the future based on performance
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is an all-rounder barista role, so you will be expected to:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Operate the POS/till and handle cash transactions
  • Prepare toasties and assist with basic food preparation

Requirements:

  • Flexible availability, with approximately 5 hours per week (must be available to work weekdays and be flexible with shifts)
  • Experience using a square POS/till and preparing toasties
  • Strong barista skills, including latte art
  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused

Able to multitask in a fast-paced café environment

We are looking for a long-term team member, preferably someone who can commit to working with us for at least one year.

Pay: $29.00 – $34.00 per hour
