About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers warmly and professionally
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of front-of-house areas
• Assist in setting up and packing down the dining area
• Handle customer enquiries or concerns with a positive attitude
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Experience & Skills Required

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is an advantage
